"We were on the road by 8:15am; 6 1/2 hours of radio roulette later we pulled up to the club. This would be a tough loadin - long path to the doors, a maze to the elevator, then up to the 3rd floor. A duo, part of "Dreadnaught" opened. Bass and guitar - tight as balls. No offense but I didn't miss the drummer at all. We had a strong set - the crowd was great. It was cool to hear "next time don't take so long to come back." Anyway, thanks to Al and his brother Eric for all their help. Oh yeah, the load out was even harder."
